License Description:
This product is royalty free for distribution provided that the target product
is not a stand-alone HTML viewer or a standalone HTML writer.
The royalty-free distribution is applicable to the desktop
applications only. The server licenses must be purchased separately when using this product in a server application.
Additionally, the product is licensed per developer basis.

Desktop Development License Upgrade
The Desktop Developer License allows you to develop and deploy desktop (non-Internet) applications using this product.
The Desktop Developer license is not valid for server deployment.
