License Description:
The product is royalty free for distribution, if you meet our two conditions.
First, your application should not be a stand-alone spell checker. Second, the target
application must be much 'larger' than the spell checker.
The royalty-free distribution is applicable to the desktop
applications only. The server licenses must be purchased separately when using this product in a server application.
Additionally, the product is licensed per developer basis.

Desktop Development License Upgrade
The Desktop Developer License allows you to develop and deploy desktop (non-Internet) applications using this product.
The Desktop Developer license is not valid for server deployment.
