Return the page border dimension.

long TerGetPageBorderDim(hWnd, pWidth, pHeight)

HWND hWnd;	The handle of the window to be accessed
LPINT pWidth;	The location to retrieve the page border width (left and right) in twips.
LPINT pHeight;	The location to retrieve the top page border height in twips.

Description: This function is available in the PageMode or PrintView mode only.

Return Value: This function returns TRUE when successful.
