Ignore the current preprocess command.

The handle of the window to be accessed

Description: This function can be used while processing the TER_PREPROCESS message or the 'Preprocess' event. This function sets a flag which instructs the editor to skip processing the current command.

Return Value: This function returns TRUE when successful.
