TerGetPictOffset

Retrieve the offset value for picture placement.

int TerGetPictOffset(hWnd, pict)

HWND hWnd;	The handle of the window to be accessed
int pict;	Id of the picture. Must be a valid number between 0 and TotalFonts - 1.

Return Value: This function returns picture offset when successful. A value of -1 indicates an error condition.
