TerXlateControlId

Retrieve the picture id for a control id.

int TerXlateControlId(hWnd, CtlId)

HWND hWnd;	The handle of the window to be accessed
int XlateId;	The control id to translate into the picture id

Return Value: This function returns the picture id for the control id. It returns -1 when unsuccessful.
