TerSetParaBorderColor

Set the border color for the paragraph.

BOOL TerSetParaBorderColor(hWnd, color, repaint)

HWND hWnd;	The handle of the window to be accessed
COLORREF color;	New border color for the paragraph. This color is effective only if the paragraph borders are enabled. You can enable paragraph borders using the SetTerParaFmt function.
BOOL repaint;	TRUE to repaint the screen after this operation.

Return Value: This function returns TRUE when successful
