Set a tab position:

`HWND hWnd;`	The handle of the window to be accessed
`int TabType;`	Tab type: TAB_LEFT, TAB_RIGHT, TAB_CENTER, TAB_DECIMAL
`int TabPos;`	Tab position (in twips unit) to create
`BYTE TabLeader;`	Tab leader type: `TAB_NONE: No tab leader TAB_DOT: Dotted line tab leader TAB_HYPH: Hyphen line tab leader TAB_ULINE: Underline tab leader`
`BOOL repaint;`	`//Repaint the window after this operation`
