Insert or append a table column.

bool insert; | true to insert a table column before the current column, or false to append a column to the table. |
bool AllRows; | true to insert/append a column to all table rows, false to insert/append a column to the current row only |
bool repaint; | true to repaint the screen after this operation |
Description: The cursor must be positioned in a table cell before calling this function.
Return Value: This function returns a true value if successful.
