ChartPro allows you to enhance the user interface of your application by offering a wide variety of sophisticated charts. ChartPro offers bar, pie, line/area, high/low, and XYZ point charts in an unlimited number of styles and colors. Your application can specify the titles, legends and margins for the charts.
ChartPro can display the chart in your application window, or it can print the chart to your application specified device context. Your application specifies the dimension and location of the chart. ChartPro can also return the chart in a bitmap or metafile format.

Your application specifies the input parameters using a parameter structure. The input parameters allow you to style the chart as you wish. If you program in languages other than 'C', you can also use a set of alternative API functions to interface with ChartPro. ChartPro also comes with an extensive collection of dialog boxes for editing. Your users can use these dialog boxes to modify the input parameters to suit their needs. ChartPro also provides functions to locate a chart object clicked by the mouse.
Bar Charts: The bar charts efficiently render graphics for discreet value and position data. The position and values are supplied in your application units. ChartPro automatically scales your application units to the axis dimensions. ChartPro supports rectangular or cylindrical bars. The bars can be placed on the horizontal axis or on the vertical axis. ChartPro supports bars in all four quadrangles.
The bars can be stacked or placed behind other bars in a three dimensional perspective. Your application can specify the horizontal and vertical view angles to rotate the bar chart. The bar values can be labeled in a number of ways. The bars can be tagged individually. You can specify different colors for each bar. Each bar can be printed as an outline or it can be painted as solid blocks. You can also create two dimensional bars with shadows.

The bars can be placed horizontally or vertically. ChartPro supports high/low bars in all four quadrangles.
The high/low bars can be placed individually. You can also specify the 'Z' axis value for the position. Therefore, you can place a bar behind another bar. XYZ Point Charts: The XYZ Point charts are suitable for displaying values that have x, y, and z components. The point coordinates are supplied in your application units. ChartPro automatically scales your application units to the axis dimensions. Your application can specify the horizontal and vertical view angles to rotate the chart. Each point can be labeled. A point can be connected to the previous point using a straight or a smooth line. Your application can specify the color, thickness and style for the connecting lines. You can specify a node symbol to print at each point.

Requirements: ChartPro includes four DLLs, each approximately 80 K bytes. Each DLL is used to create a specific type of chart. ChartPro also includes an interface for Microsoft Visual Basic.
